AAVIS Studio is proud to present Shahab Uddin Villa, a G+4 storied residential landmark located in Nandail, Mymensingh. This project redefines local apartment living by blending contemporary architectural forms with traditional materials. The design focuses on a “breathable” façade, utilizing a mix of open balconies and protective louvers to adapt to the local climate.

The building’s silhouette is defined by bold geometric frames that house deep-set windows, reducing solar heat gain while maximizing natural light. Every floor is engineered to offer a sense of openness, ensuring that this private residence remains a serene sanctuary within its urban context.
